A tranquil and subtle communal venue comprises spacious private suites, presenting a serene sanctuary. With family and friends’ company, it is relishing relaxing on the terrace.

本案為數名業主共用的聚會、度假場所，設計師考量眾人攜家前來的各式所需，將案場兩樓的舊式透天結構補強、增建，煥新為三層樓的度假會館，不僅可同時容納眾多訪客，也透過擴大各區窗戶尺寸，使戶外和煦天光、茂密的肖楠木等自然氣息盡數流入屋中，創造敞亮舒心的交誼、休憩環境。

As a gathering venue and a vacation home for several homeowners, the project was the refurbishment of an old two-story house and transformed into a three-story private club. Here, the spacious interior accommodates more guests, and the expanded-sized windows allow abundant natural light and fresh smell from surrounding Florin trees to penetrate the house. It accomplishes an airy resort residence in coziness.
